Media Make-Up and Hair for Film, TV and Stage

Over a 4 month period, this media make-up and hair course trains students in the key techniques required to work in film, TV and the stage. You’ll create an iconic look across each key period, gain proficiency with bald caps and work with wigs, head wraps and facial hair pieces. There’s also an introduction to special effects make-up and prosthetics. • Bald caps: making, colouring, application and removal (including pre-made)
  • Period make-up and hair focusing on one iconic look for each period
